The Beauty of Imperfection
Imagine
waking up one day and everything is just as you had always wanted it to be. You
are at your favorite place, back to the same bonding with a long lost friend,
your family is no more as dysfunctional as it used to be, you have all the
things and gadgets you wanted to acquire. You are what you wanted to be!
You get up from your bed planning
your day ahead, and imagine what’s in it? You already have what you wanted. What
now? “Maintaining at that place is not easy”, the so called genius will answer.
So you mean stay where you are? Like being in a car, rather a bigg caaaar and
it just stays where it is. Because even if it is a big one, you don’t have
anywhere to go. That is when you understand
‘perfection is paralysis’.
What fun would it be if you are
walking in a world where everything is just as you imagined. No turning swiftly
in amazement, no widening of eyes, no automatic opening of mouth for an ‘awwww’,
no shouting ‘sh*t!’, no sleepless nights of thinking ‘what if this would have
happened’. Just being so sure of what is going to happen next. What present
will it be if you already know what’s inside the box!
